Public Hearings

Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Midway City Council on Wednesday, 8 March 2017, 6:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Midway Community Center, 160 West Main Street, Midway, Utah. Time will be allowed for public comment regarding the following items:

Deer Creek Estates Subdivision/Master Plan (Christopher Huffman and Ethan Poppleton) – A Request for Master Plan Approval for the Deer Creek Estates Subdivision Located at 300 East Michie Lane (Zoning is R-1-15). Recommended without Conditions by the Midway City Planning Commission.

Deer Creek Estates Subdivision/Preliminary Approval (Christopher Huffman and Ethan Poppleton) – A Request for Preliminary Approval for the Deer Creek Estates Subdivision Located at 300 East Michie Lane (Zoning is R-1-15). Recommended without Conditions by the Midway City Planning Commission.

Ordinance 2017-04/Whitaker Farm Annexation (Dan Luster) – Proposed Ordinance 2017-04 Approving the Whitaker Farm Annexation Located on the East Side of River Road at Approximately 510 North. Recommended with Conditions by the Midway City Planning Commission.

Ordinance 2017-03/Rural Preservation Subdivision (City Planner) – Proposed Ordinance 2017-03 Amending Title 16 (Land Use) of the Midway City Municipal Code to Add Provisions for Rural Preservation Subdivisions. Recommended without Conditions by the Midway City Planning Commission.
