Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Midway City Council on Wednesday, 28 June 2017, 6:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Midway Community Center, 160 West Main Street, Midway, Utah. Time will be allowed for public comment regarding the following items:

Bonding for Open Space – A Proposal to Issue Municipal Bonds for the Purchase of Open Space within Midway City.

Resolution 2017-16 / Budget Amendment – Proposed Resolution 2016-17 Amending the Fiscal Year 2016 Budget.

Saint-Prex Estates / Preliminary Approval (Berg Engineering) – A Request for Preliminary Approval for Saint-Prex Estates Located at 800 West Swiss Alpine Road (Zoning is R-1-22). Recommended with Conditions by the Midway City Planning Commission.

Cascades at Soldier Hollow, Phase II / Preliminary Approval (Berg Engineering) – A Request for Preliminary Approval for Phase II of the Cascades at Soldier Hollow Subdivision Located at 500 West and Cascade Parkway (Zoning is R-1-15). Recommended with Conditions by the Midway City Planning Commission.

Kelson Subdivision / Final Approval (Clint Kelson) – A Request for Final Approval for the Kelson Rural Preservation Subdivision Located at 943 West Swiss Alpine Road (Zoning is R-1-22). Recommended with Conditions by the Midway City Planning Commission.

Soda & Fries / Conditional Use Permit (Thom Wright) – A Request for a Conditional Use Permit for Soda & Fries, a Mixed-Use Development, Located at 231 East Main Street (Zoning is C-2). Recommended without Conditions by the Midway City Planning Commission.
