Notice of Public Hearings

Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Midway City Council on Tuesday, 4 February 2020, 6:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Midway Community Center, 160 West Main Street, Midway, Utah. Time will be allowed for public comment regarding the following items:

Pine Canyon Paradise / Plat Amendment – Discuss and possibly amend the Pine Canyon Paradise Subdivision located at 523 North Pine Canyon Road (Zoning is R-1-15).

Ordinance 2020-04 / One-Family Dwellings – Discuss and possibly adopt Ordinance 2020-04 amending Chapter 16.2 (Definitions) of the Midway City Municipal Code regarding one-family dwellings and second kitchens. Recommended by the Midway City Planning Commission.

Ordinance 2020-05 / Accessory Buildings – Discuss and possibly adopt Ordinance 2020-05 amending Chapter 16.2 (Definitions) and Section 16.13.6 (Accessory Buildings Prohibited as Living Quarters) of the Midway City Municipal Code. Recommended by the Midway City Planning Commission.

Malmrose Subdivision / Annexation Agreement Amendment (Berg Engineering) – Discuss and possibly amend the annexation agreement for the Malmrose Subdivision, formerly known as the Murano Subdivision, located at approximately 1600 North Interlaken Road (West side) (Zoning is RA-1-43).
