Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Midway City Council on Tuesday, 3 September 2019, 6:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Midway Community Center, 160 West Main Street, Midway, Utah. Time will be allowed for public comment regarding the following items:

Watts Remund Farms PUD / Master Plan Amendment (Berg Engineering) – Discuss and possibly amend the master plan for the Watts Remund Farms PUD located at approximately 200 East 600 North (Zoning is R-1-15). Recommended with conditions by the Midway City Planning Commission.

Haven Farms / Preliminary & Final Approval (Stephen Quesenberry) – Discuss and possibly grant preliminary and final approval for the Haven Farms Rural Preservation Subdivision located at approximately 1170 South Center Street (Zoning is RA-1-43). Recommended with conditions by the Midway City Planning Commission.

Bonner Landing / Preliminary Approval (Berg Engineering) – Discuss and possibly grant preliminary approval for the Bonner Landing Subdivision located at approximately 100 East and 100 South (Zoning is R-1-9). Recommended with conditions by the Midway City Planning Commission.

Raynor Subdivision / Preliminary and Final Approval (Berg Engineering) – Discuss and possibly grant preliminary and final approval for the Raynor Subdivision located at 565 North River Road (Zoning is R-1-15). Recommended with conditions by the Midway City Planning Commission.

Ordinance 2019-09 / Multiple Plat Maps Per Phase (Berg Engineering) – Discuss and possibly adopt Ordinance 2019-09, amending Title 16 (Land Use) of the Midway City Municipal Code, to allow the recording of multiple plat maps per phase of a development. Recommended for denial by the Midway City Planning Commission.

Ordinance 2019-07 / Small Wireless Communications (City Planner) – Discuss and possibly adopt Ordinance 2019-07, amending Section 16.22 (Wireless Telecommunications) of the Midway City Municipal Code, to regulate small wireless facilities and related improvements. Recommended for approval by the Midway City Planning Commission.

Annexation Notice

A petition has been filed proposing annexation of an area into Midway City. On 5 February 2019, the Midway City Council received notice of certification of the annexation petition, from the Midway City Recorder, pursuant to Utah Code Section 10-2-405(2)(c)(i). The area proposed for annexation is located on the northeast corner of the intersection of River Road and Dutch Canyon Road. The boundaries of the area proposed for annexation are defined in the following description:

BEGINNING AT A POINT WHICH IS NORTH 10.52 FEET AND EAST 2.69 FEET AND PROCEEDING 331.57 FEET NORTH 88°49'38" EAST FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 3 SOUTH, RANGE 4 EAST, SALT LAKE BASE AND MERIDIAN.

THENCE NORTH 88°49'38" EAST 446.26 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 26°09'24" WEST 57.88 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 22°33'38" WEST 152.90 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 21°24'08" WEST 464.13 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 22°39'58" WEST 126.94 FEET; THENCE NORTH 63°45'29" WEST 28.04 FEET; FOLLOWING A CURVE WITH A RADIUS OF 120 FEET WITH A CHORD LENGTH OF 64.76 FEET AND A BEARING OF NORTH 48°06'12" WEST; THENCE NORTH 32°26'56" WEST 126.94 FEET; THENCE NORTH 28°19'05" WEST 430.34 FEET; THENCE NORTH 61°40'55" EAST 205.98 FEET; THENCE NORTH 126.32 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

CONTAINING 5.629 ACRES.

Midway City may grant the petition for annexation and annex the area described in the petition unless by the end of business hours on 7 March 2019 a written protest to the petition is filed with the Wasatch County Boundary Commission at 25 North Main Street, Heber City, Utah 84032 by an entity authorized to file such a protest, and a copy of the protest is delivered to the Midway City Recorder at 75 North 100 West, Midway, Utah 84049.

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Directors of the Community Development and Renewal Agency of Midway City on Tuesday, 18 June 2019, 6:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Midway Community Center, 160 West Main Street, Midway, Utah. Time will be allowed for public comment regarding the following item:

Resolution 2019-01 / FY 2019 Budget Amendment (Secretary) – Discuss and possibly approve Resolution 2019-01 amending the Fiscal Year 2019 Budget.

Notice is hereby given that a MIDWAY CITY ADMINSTRATIVE HEARING will be held on Wednesday June 26, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. in the Midway City Offices, located at 75 North 100 West Midway, Utah, to consider the following items:
