Notes:

  1. Burial Services include Opening and Closing of Graves;
  2. Fees for Disinterments are $700 for both residents and nonresidents.
  3. Midway Residents are considered anyone with a primary residence West of the Provo
    River to the Snake Creek Power Plant, North to the River Bridge and South to the
    Railroad Tracks
