Public Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Section 02.21 of the Revised Land Use Ordinance of Midway City, 2006. the, Midway City Planning Commission will host a public hearing to receive comment on the merits of amending the Midway City Zoning Map at the request of the Midway City Council from R-1-22 to RZ-1 at the site of the proposed new Mountain Spa Resort within Midway City no more than 150 feet north of the present RZ-1 boundary.
Interested persons may comment in writing or in person at the hearing which will be held 7:30 p.m., in the Midway City Hall, 75 North 100 West, in Midway City, Utah.
