Public Hearings

Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Midway City Council on Wednesday, 8 June 2011, 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Midway Community Center, 160 West Main Street, Midway, Utah. Time will be allowed for public comment regarding the following items:

Snake Creek Meadows Subdivision/Preliminary and Final Approvals (Gene Probst) – A Request for Both Preliminary and Final Approvals for the Snake Creek Meadows Subdivision Located at 533 North Pine Canyon Road. Recommended with Conditions by the Midway City Planning Commission.

Gifts, Antiques and Art/Conditional Use Permit (Sherry Omans) – A Request for a Conditional Use Permit to Sell Gifts, Antiques and Art at 725 North Homestead Drive. Recommended with Conditions by the Midway City Planning Commission.

Cascades at Soldier Hollow Subdivision Plat “A”/Second Amendment – A Request for a Second Amendment to the Cascades at Soldier Hollow Subdivision Plat “A” Located at Approximately 1300 West Ward Lane.
