Recorder

The recorder’s office is responsible for records including retention and public access. It assists the City Council with its meetings including noticing, providing information and taking minutes. It assists the Mayor with the budget and performs monthly audit functions, administers elections and manages the Midway Community Development and Renewal Agency and the Midway Municipal Building Authority.
